摘　　要：高校的伙食盈亏,是广大师生比较关心和敏感的问题。如何控制好伙食盈亏幅度,搞好伙食盈亏分析,维护广大师生的利益,是高校伙食财务分析的一个主要内容。为了搞好高校伙食盈亏分析这项工作,本文试就此做一探讨。The food gains and losses problem of universities is the sensitive problem that teachers and students concerned. How to control the magnitude of the food gains and losses, do well the food profit and loss analysis and safeguard the interests of the majority of teachers and students is one of the main content of meals financial analysis in universities. In order to do a good job in meals profit and loss analysis, this article tries to make a study.
