摘　　要：目的阐述中枢神经系统镇静催眠药物的药理学研究方法。方法通过行为学观察法、神经电生理试验法和神经系统生物化学分析法等,从不同的角度和层次来反应药物作用的情况。结果与结论通过不同方法的有效结合,可以进行中枢神经系统镇静催眠药物的药理学研究。Objective To describe research methods for pharmacology of sedatives and hypnotics on the central nervous system. Methods The drug actions were showed by different methods, such as behavior observation, nervous electrophysiology test and biochemical analysis of nervous system. Results and Conclusion The pharmacology of sedatives and hypnotics on the central nervous system can be investigated by the effective combination of different methods.
