摘　　要：采用文献资料、理论分析、逻辑推理等方法,从家庭体育是人的全面发展的调节器、是现代家庭和谐稳定的催化剂、是社会主义精神文明的播种机、是人与自然和谐相处的栖息地等方面,充分阐述了家庭体育在构建社会主义和谐社会进程中的加速作用,旨在强调家庭体育是构建社会主义和谐社会的加速器。Using literature, theoretical analysis, Logical reasoning and other approaches, the article fully explains the importance of the family sports in building a socialist harmonious society in the process of acceleration since the family sports are the comprehensive development of the regulator, a modem family harmony stability of the catalyst, the planter of socialist spiritual civilization, Man and nature live in harmony and other aspects of habitat. It emphasizes that family sports is the accelerator of building a socialist harmonious society.
