摘 要:采用共辐射法制备了纤维素-N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮接枝共聚物Cell-g-NVP。考察了辐照剂量、去离子水用量和NVP/纤维素质量比对接枝率的影响。结果表明,在去离子水用量及NVP/纤维素质量比一定的情况下,接枝率随辐照剂量的增加而增加,并逐步达到平衡;在辐照剂量和NVP/纤维素质量比一定时,接枝率在去离子水用量为2ml时达到最大;在辐照剂量和去离子水用量一定时,接枝率随着NVP/纤维素质量比增加而增加,并逐步达到平衡;通过正交试验,得到制备接枝共聚物的最佳工艺条件为:辐照剂量8kGy,去离子水用量4ml,NVP/纤维素质量比4∶1,此时得到的接枝共聚物接枝率为354.8%。正交试验结果也表明NVP/纤维素质量比对接枝率影响最大,其次是辐照剂量。红外光谱表明接枝反应发生在NVP乙烯基部位,接枝共聚物保留了NVP的内酰胺结构;热重分析表明其热稳定性得到了增强;通过溶胀性研究表明接枝共聚物的溶胀性得到增强,且持水性较好。Cellulose-N-vinylpyrrolidone graft copolymer(Cell-g-NVP) was prepared by simultaneous irradiation,and the influence factors of the grafting yield were studied as well.Results showed that the grafting rate increased with irradiation dose and mass ratio,and gradually achieved to the balance.The grafting yield reached maximum when the amount of deionized water was 2ml meanwhile the other two factors in a certain experimental value range.The optimum conditions for the preparation of graft copolymers was obtained by orthogonal experiment.When the irradiation dose was 8kGy with 4ml of deionized water,and NVP / cellulose mass ratio 4∶1,the grafting rate of prepared graft copolymer reached 354.8%.FT-IR picture showed that the grafting reaction occurred in NVP vinyl part and lactam structure was retained.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that Cell-g-NVP enhanced thermal stability of cellulose.The properties of Cell-g-NVP solution showed that grafting could enhance the capacity of thermostability,swelling and water binding.
