摘　　要：在生物医学研究从微观现象向宏观效应的转化中,实验动物起着极其重要的作用。比格犬(Beagle)作为国际通用的标准实验犬,由于其性情温顺、生理指标稳定、测试结果重复性好、遗传性能稳定、反应一致等,在医学科研中得到广泛应用。我国从30年前引入比格犬至今,已形成广东、北京和上海等主要的比格犬繁育基地,成功饲养繁育出优良的比格犬。下面从国内对比格犬的各种生物学特性的研究和在骨骼及神经方面的实验应用方面的广泛应用进行阐述。Experimental animals played a key role in the translation from micro-phenomenon to macro-effects in biomedical researches.Beagle as an international standard experimental canine has been widely applied due to its gentle nature,biological stability,robust results,and consistent genetic delivery.Since its introduction for 30 years ago,major breeding bases have been established in Guangdong,Shanghai and Beijing,producing excellent Beagles canine.This article expounded the bionomics of Beagles canine and its application on skeleton and neurological experiments.
