摘　　要：目的:探讨CT三期增强扫描诊断胃原发性淋巴瘤的价值。方法:研究对象为2009年5月～2010年7月我院收治的12例胃原发性淋巴瘤患者,均实施多层螺旋CT检查方法,回顾性比较分析平扫及三期增强扫描结果。结果:在胃原发性淋巴瘤的检查中,CT三期增强扫描可有特征性表现,如病变沿胃长轴生长、胃壁具有一定的柔软性、黏膜线的连续性、病灶的强化方式等,可弥补CT平扫的不足。结论:CT三期增强扫描可全面显示病变征象及范围,应用于胃原发性淋巴瘤患者的诊断,其价值高。Objective：To discuss the CT tri-enhanced phases features of primary gastric lymphomas and to evaluate its clinical value.Methods：CT features of 12 cases of primary gastric lymphomas were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The tri-enhanced phases CT features of primary gastric lymphomas had some characteristics,including lesions growth along the long axis,lesions enhancement patterns,gastric wall softness,gastric mucosa continuity etc.,which help make up the disadvantage of CT features.Conclusion：The tri-phasic enhancement helical CT scanning well demonstrate the features of the lesions,the way show some other valuable CT signs of primary gastric lymphomas.
