摘　　要：目的探讨大鼠鞘内注射虎耳草素抗神经病理性疼痛的效果。方法利用第5腰椎脊神经结扎(SNL)神经病理性疼痛模型,鞘内注射不同剂量的虎耳草素,通过行为学实验观察虎耳草素对SNL大鼠机械性缩足反射阈值(MWT)和热缩足潜伏期(TWL)的影响。结果鞘内注射100 mg/kg虎耳草素时可以明显地抑制由于脊神经损伤引起的MWT下降以及TWL的延长,且这种抑制效应与虎耳草素的剂量相关,呈剂量依赖关系。结论鞘内注射虎耳草素具有明显的抗神经病理性疼痛作用。Objective To investigate the analgesic effects of bergenin administered into subarachnoid space in rats with neuropathic pain.Methods By behavioral test,mechanical withdrawal threshold（MWT）and thermal withdrawal latency（TWL）were tested before and after intrathecal administration different doses of bergenin on SNL neuropathic pain rat models.Results Bergenin at 100 mg/kg inhibited significantly the decline of MWT and the elongation of TWL by peripheral nerve injury.Furthermore,the inhibitory effect was depended on the doses of bergenin.Conclusion Intrathecal administration of bergenin produces significant anti-neuropathic pain effects.
