滋阴清热中药防治5-氟尿嘧啶致鼻咽癌急性放射性口咽炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药含服对防治5-氟尿嘧啶致鼻咽癌放射性口咽炎的影响。方法:选择67例5-FU联合DDP同期放化疗的鼻咽癌患者,随机分为实验组(34例)和对照组(33例),实验组从治疗开始至结束含服滋阴清热中药;对照组采用呋喃西林液含漱,两组护理干预相同。结果:实验组未发生Ⅳ级口咽炎,对照组发生4例,口咽反应程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:5-FU联合DDP同期放化疗时含服滋阴清热中药,可减轻放射性口咽炎的程度。Objective：To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine in preventing and treating radiation-induced oral mucositis which was caused by 5-fluorouracil used in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods： 67 patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, treated by 5-FU plus DDP concurrent chemoradiotherapy, were randomly divided into the experimental group （34 cases） and the control group （33 cases）. Patients in the experimental group received Chinese medicine during therapy, while the patients in the control group received conventional care and gargling with furacilin. Results： In experimental group, the experimental group did not produce IV oropharyngeal, while 4 cases in the control group, and oropharyngeal reaction degree was less than that in control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： The combination of Chinese medicine, 5-FU and DDP can alleviate radiation-induced oral mucositis.
