摘　　要：随着企业绩效评价方法的变迁,本文在几种绩效评价方法比较的基础上,从长期的财务层面、顾客层面、供应链运作层面和学习与成长层面,提出了适合于供应链绩效评价的方法,并提出了与SWOT相结合的评价步骤。With the enterprise performance evaluation methods changing, this paper makes suitable method for supply chain performance evaluation on the basis of comparison of several performance evaluation methods from the long-term financial level, customer level, supply chain operation level and learning ＆ growing level. Finally, the evaluation steps with a combination of SWOT were proposed.
