摘  要:作为中小超市中坚和脊梁的基层管理者,是中小超市生存、发展的关键,但是我国中小超市基层管理者存在诸多问题,对这些问题从中小超市高层领导者角度、从中小超市管理角度、从基层管理者自身做了深入分析,为了解决这些问题,需要提升领导者魅力,增强基层管理者的凝聚力,切实强化对基层管理者的管理,提高基层管理者综合素质,以应对日益激烈全球市场竞争。As the backbone of small and medium-sized supermarket, the grassroots managers are the key to small and medium-sized supermarkets/ survival and development. However, there are many problems in grassroots managers of small and medium-sized supermarket, and this paper analyzes these problems from point of view of the senior leaders and management of small and medium-sized supermarkets, as well as the grassroots level managers. In order to solve these problems, we need to promote the charm of the leader, enhance the cohesion of the grassroots managers and effectively strengthen the management of grassroots managers to improve their comprehensive quality, so as to cope with the increasingly fierce global market competition.
