摘  要:设计了一种新型先导式无静差水压溢流阀,介绍了该阀的结构特点。根据局部假设,建立了溢流阀精确的数学模型。通过实际参数,求出了无静差水压溢流阀的静差。借助 Matlab/Simulink软件对新阀结构进行了动静态仿真分析,并对该阀在 31 MPa 工作情况下的进行了动静态和稳定性分析。仿真分析表明,该阀有很好的动静态特性,响应时间可以达到 12sm,幅频宽达到 86Hz,相频宽达到 87.6 Hz。A new type pilot of zero steady-state error hydraulic overflow valve is designed in this paper, and the structure characteristics of the valve is introduced. In the partial hypothesis prem- ise, a precise mathematical model of overflow valve is established. By using the actual parame- ters and universal numerical, the steady-state error of the zero steady-state error of water hy- draulic overflow valve is explored. With the aid of Matlab/Simulink on the new valve structure for dynamic and static simulation analysis, the static and dynamic characteristics and stability of the valve are studied at the pressure of 31 MPa working conditions. The simulation results indicate that, the valve has better dynamic and static characteristics, its response time reaches to 12 sm, AFW reaches to 86 Hz and phase bandwidth reaches to 87.6 Hz.
