摘　　要：为研究西沙比利短程疗法对胆囊结石患者胆囊排空中的作用 ,对 38例胆囊结石患者和 2 0名健康对照者服用西沙比利 30mg/d ,一周 ,以二维超声测定治疗前后胆囊容积 (GBV) ,并与对照组比较 ,结果 ,空腹时患者组平均GBV显著增大 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗后与对照组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,提示西沙比利短程疗法可改善胆囊结石患者胆囊的排空功能 。WT5”BZ]To study the role of cisatride’s short course therapy on gallbladder emptying funcion in patients with gallstone,38 patients with gallstone and 20 healthy people was given Cisatride 30mg/d,for a week The gallbladder volume(GBV) was evaluated with 2-Dimensional before and after therapy Campared with the control group,on empty stomach the patient group’s average GBV was enlargment significently(P<0 01) Arter therapy there was no significent difference with the control group,(P>0 05) The results indicated that Cisatride’s short course therapy could improve gallbladder emptying function It could provided reliable information to clinician that GBV was evaluated by B-model ultrasonography before and after therapy [WT5”HZ]
