摘　　要：意大利作为欧盟的食品生产和消费大国,在食品安全管理、科研、监督等方面有一套较为成熟的体系。本文重点介绍了意大利国家、地区、地方三级食品安全管理机构及其职责,以及与食品安全相关的技术支撑机构与体系。As one of the important food-producing and consuming countries in Europe, Italy owns a relatively mature system of management, supervision and scientific research of food safety. This paper focuses on the food safety administration organizations and their responsibilities on the nation, region and local levels, and also introduces related technical supporting agencies and systems.
