采油工程专业生产实习有效途径的探索

摘　　要：应用型创新人才培养的基础在于实践能力的形成,生产实习是应用型本科院校锻炼实践能力的重要环节。目前,很多高校的生产实习遇到了许多新问题,急需探索出一条有效途径,以保证实习的质量和效果。本文以重庆科技学院石油与天然气工程学院采油工程专业为例,从目前生产实习现状和存在的不足之处入手,根据应用型本科院校和采油工程专业的具体实际情况,探索生产实习的有效途径。Applied innovative talents is based on the formation of practical ability. Production practice is very important for college students to acquire practical ability in the application colleges, and listed in the personnel training program as a separate item. In the new circumstances, production practice in application colleges encountered many new problems, and it is urgent to explore an effective way to s ensure the quality and effectiveness of production practice. In this paper, taking the oil engineering major of Petroleum and Gas engineering in Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an example, an effective way of production practice ofoil engineering major was explored, according to shortcomings of the past production practice and the current situation for application colleges.
