摘　　要：桂林理工大学通过科学定位人才培养目标、创新人才培养模式、深化教学内容与课程体系改革、加强实践教学等举措深化专业内涵建设,有效地提升了勘查技术与工程专业人才培养质量和毕业生就业工作水平,充分发挥了服务区域经济科技和社会发展的作用,为我国尤其是西部地区地质类专业培养了更多高素质应用型高级工程技术人才。By taking the measures, such as scientific location of the cultivation objectives, innovating the cultivation mode, deeply reforming the teaching contents and curriculums, and strengthening the practice teaching, the specialty of prospecting technology and engineering in Guilin University of Technology has effectively improved the quality of talents cultivation and employment rate of graduates. It play an important role fully to serve the development of regional economic and technology and social development, and to cultivate the high level application talents in the specialty areas of geological for our country, especially for the western region.
