摘  要:用荧光偏振法测定了 36例急性脑梗塞患者红细胞膜微粘度 ,同时对血浆 MDA、SOD含量进行了测定 ,并与 2 4例正常人进行比较。结果显示 :脑梗塞组红细胞膜微粘度与对照组比较呈显著性升高 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,其改变与血浆 MDA水平呈正相关 ,与血浆 SOD水平呈负相关。说明脂质过氧化可能是导致急性脑梗塞红细胞膜微粘度增大、红细胞膜脂流动性降低的直接原因之一。Fluorescence polarization method was used to measure the degree of erythrocytes membrane microviscosity in 36 patients with acute cerebral infarction, the plasma MDA and SOD were also measured, which compared with healthy persons.It was found that the erythrocytes membrane microviscosity of the acute cerebral infarction patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).The increasing degree was positively correlated with MDA and was negatively correlated with SOD.It is indicated that lipid peroxidation was probably a direct factor inducing increase of erythrocyte membrane microviscosity and decrease of erythrocyte membrane fluidity in acute cerebrane infarction patients.
