摘 要:目的 :观察β2 整合素 (CD11a、CD11b)及选择素 (CD62L)在恶性血液病的表达及其与细胞分型 ,临床特征的关系。方法 :用流式细胞仪检测 2 5例急性髓系白血病 (acutemyeloidleukemia ,AML) ,18例急性淋巴系白血病(acutelymphocyticleukemia ,ALL) ,10例慢性粒细胞性白血病 (chronicmyelocyticleukemia ,CML) ,15例多发性骨髓瘤 (multiplemyeloma ,MM ) ,15例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤 (non Hodgkinslymphoma ,NHL)及 15例正常人骨髓单个核细胞CD11a、CD11b及CD62L的表达。结果 :(1)与正常人骨髓单个核细胞相比 ,多发性骨髓瘤、恶性淋巴瘤三种粘附分子表达无明显改变。急性髓性白血病细胞表面粘附分子CD11b、CD62L表达下降 ,急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞CD11a、CD11b表达下降而CD62L表达则增加 ,慢性粒细胞性白血病细胞CD11b增加。 (2 )部分粘附分子与细胞类型有关 ,CD11b、CD62L在M1~M3 的表达低于在M4 、M5型表达 ,CD11a在B ALL表达明显低于T ALL表达。 (3)对于AML细胞三种粘附分子CD62L、CD11a、CD11b之间的有明显相关性 (P <0 0 5 )。 (4)粘附分子与部分临床特征有相关性。结论 :不同的恶性血液病粘附分子CD11a、CD11b、CD62L的表达存在不同的改变并与细胞类型、临床特征有关。Objective:To investigate the expressions of β 2 adhesion molecule integrins (CD 11a , CD 11b ), selectins (CD 62L ) and the correlations with cell subsets and clinical features in malignant hematopoietic diseases Methods:The CD 11a , CD 11b and CD 62L expressions in bone marrow samples from 25 acute myeloid leukemia (AML), 18 acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL), 10 chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML), 15 multiple myeloma(MM), 15 non Hodgkins lymphoma(NHL) and 15 healthy people were measured by flow cytometric analysis Results:(1) Except MM, NHL and AML blasts expressed relatively lower levels of CD 11b and CD 62L than normal hematopoietic cells; ALL blasts also expressed low levels of CD 11a , CD 11b and high levels of CD 62L whereas CML cells expressed high levels of CD 11b (2) CD 11b , CD 62L were lower expressed on M 1 M 3 than on M 4, M 5; CD 11a were lower expressed on B ALL than on T ALL (3) Significant relationship was observed between these adhesion molecule expressions Conclusion:Our observations suggest that there are abnormalities in the expression of cell adhesion molecules in malignant hematopoietic diseases which may help to identify cell subtypes which are related with some clinical features
