摘　　要：结合山西省医学科技文献信息资源与服务平台实践,指出区域性科技文献移动平台建设面临的问题、可行性和意义,阐述移动平台设计思想、原则和需要解决的关键技术问题,提出利用移动平台拓展区域性科技文献平台的服务范围。Combined with the practices of medical sci -tech literature information resource and service platform in Shanxi province, the paper points out the problems, feasibility and significance of platform construction, elaborates the design ideas, principles and key problems supposed to be solved, proposes that the mobile platform should be used to expand the service ranges of regional sci - tech literature platform.
