摘　　要：目的探讨低颅压综合征的影像学表现。方法分析3例经临床证实的低颅压综合征。结果 1例出现脑室缩小,1例可见硬膜下积液,3例可见硬脑膜强化。结论低颅压综合征的影像学表现具有一定特征性。Objective To investigate the imaging appearance of intracranial hypotension syndrome. Methods The imaging findings of 3 patients with confirmed clinically were analyzed. Results Small cerebral ventricle was observed in 1 ease, subdural fluid collection in 1 case. Post-contrast MRI demonstrated homogene- ous enhancement in 3 cases. Conchlsion Radiological findings of intraeranial hypotension syndrome were sug- gestive.
