易贝滴眼液治疗栗刺角膜异物临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察易贝滴眼液(重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液)治疗栗刺角膜异物的疗效。方法选择108例栗刺角膜异物患者,随机分成两组:对照组52例(52眼),取出栗刺后,氧氟沙星滴眼液每日4次,每次1滴,氧氟沙星眼膏每晚1次;实验组56例(56眼),取出栗刺后,在对照组基础上加用易贝滴眼液每日6次。对用药后1周进行患者主观症状(疼痛、怕光、异物感等)、裂隙灯检查、角膜荧光素染色检查进行疗效评价。结果实验组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论经易贝滴眼液治疗栗刺异物术后的角膜恢复快,效果显著,可优先选用。Objective To observe the effect of yibei eye drops （recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops, rh-EGF） in treatment of corneal foreign bodies of chestnut thorn. Methods A total of 108 cases of patients with chestnut thorn of corneal foreign bodies, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 52 cases （52 eyes）, take chestnut thorn, Ofloxacin eye drops 4 times a day, each time 1 drop, Ofloxacin ointment every night 1 time. The experimental group 56 cases （56 eyes）, take chestnut thorn, on the basis of the control group with Yibei eye drops 6 times a day. On themedication for 1 week after patients with subjective symptoms （pain, photophobia, foreign body sensation）, slitlamp examination, fluorescein for evaluation of the effect. Results The experimental group was better than that in control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion By Yibei eye drops in the treatment of postoperative corneal chestnut thorn foreign body recovered quickly, effect is remarkable, can be preferred.
