球内注射康尼克通治疗黄斑水肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通过球内注射康尼克通治疗黄斑水肿患者的疗效。方法 2009年4月～2011年8月我院治疗的46例58只眼黄斑水肿患者,均给予球内注射康尼克通治疗,对治疗前后视力等情况进行对比。结果治疗后与治疗前相比较视力情况有明显改善,黄斑水肿减轻,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过球内注射康尼克通治疗黄斑水肿,效果明显,可明显改善患者的视力等情况。Objective To explore the effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide by means of intraocular injection on macular ede- ma. Methods From April 2009 to August 2011, 46 patients （58 eyes）with macular edema were treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide by means of intraocular injection.The eyesight before and after treatment were compared. Results After treat ment,the eyesight was improved,and macular edema was reduced.The differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Triamcinolone Acetonide can significantly improve eyesight of patients with macular edema,and has good effect on macular edema.
