奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死28例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法 56例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例,两组患者均给予脱水、脑保护、降压、降糖及维持水电解质乎衡、防治感染及营养支持等对症支持治疗。观察组予奥扎格雷钠80 mg溶入250 mL生理盐水,缓慢静脉输注,每日1次,阿司匹林100 mg,每日1次;对照组予复方丹参16 mL溶入250 mL生理盐水,缓慢静脉输注,每日1次,疗程14 d,比较两组的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗结束后,观察组及对照组的有效率分别为92.9%、75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后的神经功能缺损评分较治疗前明显降低,且观察组较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy and security of Ozagrel Sodium combination aspirin treatment 28 cases a- cute cerebral infarction. Methods Fifty-six cases acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into divided into two groups 28 cases. Observed group were given ozagrel sodium 80 mg,and dissolved in 250 mL saline, slowly intravenous in- fusion, once daily, and aspirin 100 mg daily; control group were given compound Danshen 16 mL dissolved in 250 mL saline slowly intravenously, once daily, treatment 14 d. Results The effective rate of observation group and control group was 92.9%, 75.0%, respectively,the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, neurological deficit scores of observation group and control group significantly lowered than before treatment,and the observation group significantly de creased than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combination with aspirin treatment acute cerebral infarction are effective, and have fewer adverse reactions, should be widely applied.
