爱丽联合施图伦治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察白内障超声乳化+后房型人工晶体植入术后患者的干眼情况及疗效。方法随机选择有干眼症状的白内障术后患者200例,予以泪膜破裂时间测定、荧光素染色检测,并按干眼程度予以分级。研究组100例应用爱丽联合施图伦滴眼液治疗,对照组应用爱丽滴眼液治疗,观察两组疗效。结果经治疗后两组白内障术后2级以上干眼程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组临床症状较治疗前均有改善且有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组改善程度优于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论爱丽联合施图伦治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症有较好的临床效果。Objective To observe the situation and curative effects in dry eyes after phacoemulsification. Methods This prospective randomized trial included 200 patients who underwent phacoemulsificatiorr Tear film breakup time （BUT） and corneal flnorescein staining were performed for all patients. Then they were graded as different dry eye level according to the ex- aminations. 100 patients were selected as study group, who were treated by Hialid Eye Drops combined with Digitalisgly- cosides Eye Drops while the other 100 patients as control group were treated by Hialid Eye Drops only. Results There was a significant difference in patients with Grade 2 or more dry eye level within the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. All patients showed significant improvements of clinical symptom before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the study group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hialid combined with Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops have more clinic ef- fects for treating postoperative dry eyes.
