吡柔比星与安达芬交替膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究吡柔比星与安达芬(rh-IFNα2b)交替膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法 60例膀胱癌患者术后分为观察组及对照组。对照组采用吡柔比星与rh-IFNα2b联合膀胱灌注。观察组采用吡柔比星与rh-IFNα2b交替膀胱灌注;第一周用吡柔比星,第二周用rh-IFNα2b交替进行。结果观察组复发率13.00%与对照组10.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的副作用率6.67%低于对照组26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组在躯体功能及自理功能等两个方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组在生存质量的食欲及睡眠质量等两个方面改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吡柔比星与rh-IFNα2b交替膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效可靠、副作用小,生活质量改善情况相对好。Objective To study of pirarubicin and rh-IFN α2b alternated bladder instillation for prevention on recurrence after operation of bladder cancer and impact on quality of life. Methods After operation, 60 cases of bladder cancer pa- tients divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given pirarubicin combined rh-IFN α2b bladder perfusion. The observation group was given pirarubicin and rh-IFNα2b alternated bladder instillation; the first week using pirarubicin, the second week using rh-IFNα2b, alternately. Results The observation group recurrence rates was 13% comparison to 10% of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The obser- vation group side effect rate was 6.67% below than 26.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （/9 〈 0.05）. After treatment, physical function and independent function of the observation group better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the appetite and sleep quality improved of the observation group better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Pirarubicin and rh-IFN α2b alternate intravesical instillation for preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer by reliable cu- rative effect, little side effect, survival quality was relatively good.
