p27蛋白在胃癌和大肠癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨 p2 7蛋白在胃癌及大肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法对 2 4例正常大肠组织、1 1例胃癌组织及 38例大肠癌组织p2 7的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系进行分析。结果　p2 7在正常结肠组织中的高表达率为 1 0 0 % ( 2 4 /2 4 ) ,而在胃癌及大肠癌组织中的高表达率为 53% ( 2 6/49) ,p2 7在两组织中的表达差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 5) ,而且p2 7低表达与胃癌及大肠癌的分级高、淋巴结转移多和TNM分期晚显著相关。 结论　p2 7蛋白的表达与胃癌、大肠癌的临床病理学特征密切相关 ,可能是一个预测胃癌。Objective\ To investigate the relationship between the expression of p27 and clinicopathological characteristics in gastrointestinal cancer. Methods\ Twenty four cases of normal colorectal tissues and 49 cases of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma (11 cases of gastric, 38 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma) were studied by immunohistochemistry. Results\ p27 high expression rate for normal tissues was 100%, but for gastrointestinal carcinoma was 53% (26/49) ( P <0.005). p27 low expression in gastrointestinal carcinoma was significantly associated with high grade histology ( P <0.005), lymph node metastasis ( P <0.005) and late TNM stage ( P <0.005). Conclusions\ The expression of p27 in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma was significantly associated with clinicopathological characteristics and it may be an important factor to predict the prognosis of gastrointestinal cancer.\;
