摘　　要：目的　观察IL 6对急性白血病原代细胞体外生长的作用。方法　应用MTT、CFU L及间接免疫荧光法以IL 6及其与其他细胞因子联合应用对 18例急性白血病患者骨髓细胞的作用进行观察。结果　IL 6体外单独应用对急性白血病原代细胞无明显促增殖及诱导分化作用 ,但与G CSF联合应用则常可抑制原代白血病细胞增殖。结论　IL 6与G CSF联合用于化疗。Objective To observe the effects of recombinant interleukin 6 (rIL 6) and its combination with other factors on the growth of primary leukemic cells in vitro. Methods The effects of rIL 6 and its combination with G CSF on the growth of primary leukemic cells collected from 18 cases of acute leukemia were observed with MTT, CFU L and indirect immunoflorescent technique. Results rIL 6 exerted no obvious effects on the proliferation or differentiation of the primary leukemic cells in vitro but the combination of rIL 6 and G CSF was able to inhibit those leukemic cells. Conclusion The co administration of IL 6 and G CSF might be more safe to inhibit bone marrow after the patients with acute leukemia are treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
