摘 要:目的 为明确过量锌对小肠粘液分泌的影响及其机制。方法 通过建立常锌 (ZN)、过量锌(ZE)大鼠模型 ,应用病理形态学手段和图像分析方法 ,对大鼠肠道粘膜粘液的产生、分泌和粘液屏障作定量定位研究。结果 ZE组第 4周末和第 7周血浆、红细胞膜和肠组织的锌含量明显高于ZN组 (P <0 .0 5 )。ZE组第 4周末和第 7周末粘液层厚度与ZN组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;但是粘液蛋白的含量显著低于ZN组(P <0 .0 1)。结论 过量锌可引起粘液分泌的抑制 。Objective To study the effect of zinc excess (ZE) on mucous secretion of intestinal mucosa and its mechanism in rats. Methods The rats were randomized into ZE and zine normal (ZN) groups. The produce, secretion and barrier function of the mucous in the intestinal mucosa were quantitatively and locationally studied with pathological technique and image analysis. Results At the end of the 4th and 7th week, the zinc content in the plasma, erythrocytic membrane and tissue of the small intestine was higher in the ZE rats than in the ZN ones ( P <0.05) but no significant difference of the thickness of the mucous layer between the 2 groups was found ( P >0.05). Conclusion Excessive amount of zinc in the food can lead to an inhibition of mucous secretion of intestinal mucosa and weaken its defensive function in rats.
