脑动脉硬化性眩晕血清TNF-α NO含量的变化

摘　　要：目的 :研究脑动脉硬化性眩晕患者血清 TNF-α、NO水平与中医辨证分型的关系。方法 :通过对脑动脉硬化性眩晕不同中医证型患者血清 TNF -α、NO水平的检测探讨脑动脉硬化性眩晕血清TNF-α、NO水平与中医辨证分型的相关性。结果 :血瘀证及肾虚血瘀证患者血清 TNF-α含量高于肾虚证患者 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而血瘀证与肾虚血瘀证患者比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;肾虚证及肾虚血瘀证患者血清 NO水平低于血瘀证患者 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而肾虚血瘀证与肾虚证患者比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) 。结论 :脑动脉硬化性眩晕血瘀证与血清 TNF-α含量升高相关 ,而肾虚证与血清 NO水平降低相关 ,为脑动脉硬化性眩晕中医辨证分型提供了部分实验依据。To research the relation between the content of TNF-α or NO in serum and differentiation of symptoms and signs in the patients with arteriosclerotic vertigo.It is to research the relation between the content of TNF-α or NO in serum and differentiation of symptoms and signs in the patients with arteriosclerotic vertigo by assaying the content of TNF-α or NO in serum in the patients with arteriosclerotic vertigo with different symptom complexes.The content of TNF-α in serum in the patients with arteriosclerotic vertigo with blood stasis or deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis is higher than in the patients with arteriosclerotic vertigo with deficiency of the kidney( P <0.01).But there is no statistically significant in the differentiation of the content of TNF-α in serum in patients with arteriosclerotic vertigo between with blood stasis and with deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis ( P >0.05).The content of NO in serum in the patients with arteriosclerotic vertigo with deficiency of the kidney or with deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis is lower than in the patient with arteriosclerotic vertigo with blood stasis( P <0.01).But there is no statistically significant in the differentiation of the content of NO in serum in the patients with arteriosclerotic vertigo between with deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis and with deficiency of the kidney.Correlation exists between increasing in the content of TNF-α in serum and the blood stasis in the patient with arterosclerotic vertigo correlation exists between decreasing in the content of NO in serum and the deficiency of the kidney in the patients with arteriosclerotic vertigo.It gives a part of experimental evidence to differentiation of symptoms and signs of the arteriosclerotic vertigo.\;
