摘　　要：镇江是全国两轮医改的试点城市。文章从6个方面总结镇江四院率先执行新《医院财务制度》所取得的经验,为全国顺利接轨服务。Zhenjiang is a pilot city of the two medical reforms in China. The paper summarizes the basic experiences of the firsl implementation of the new Hospital Financial System carried on by Zhenjiang Fourth People＇s Hospital from six aspects so as to serve for the transition smoothly in China.
