摘　　要：目的探讨压疮系统化管理框架的建立与运用效果。方法以系统论为指导,构建"以压疮预防为目标,保证基础条件,建立预防和治疗信息系统,持续对压疮护理进行全面质量管理"的框架。应用压疮预防和治疗的管理框架并对应用前后效果进行比较。结果2008年压疮高危患者压疮发生率高于2009和2010年(P<0.01),2009年与2010年相比(P>0.05)。2008年压疮好转率低于2009年和2010年(P<0.01);2009年压疮好转率又低于2010年(P<0.01)。结论压疮预防和治疗的管理框架对压疮的预防和治疗有积极意义。Objective To study the establishment and application impact of systematic management framework for pressure sores. Method Based on systems theory, the integrated management was established, and to ensure the basic conditions, an effective information exchange systems, and sustainable nursing quality supervision for pressure scores prevention and nursing. The pressure scores incidence was studied before and after applied the management framework. Result The incidence of high susceptible cases of pressure scores in 2008 was higher than of in 2009 and 2010（P〈0.01）, The pressure scores incidence in 2009 was no significant difference in 2010（P〉0.05）o The improvement rate of pressure sores in 2008 were lower than that of in 2009 and 2010 （P〈0.01）. the improvement rate of pressure sores in 2009 were lower than that of in 2010 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The integrated management can play an active role for pressure scores prevention and nursing.
