摘　　要：现有数字图书馆信息资源建设模式是以自建、购买、获赠、试用以及网络共享等方式获得数字化信息资源数据库,通过web链接、资源整合等方式为读者提供服务。但是它存在着版权限定太多,利用不便、信息资源重复建设、网络发行滞后、标准不一、容易产生垄断等诸多问题,指出建立数字图书馆管理平台和原始对象数据相互独立的数字图书馆信息资源建设模式,能够较好地解决目前存在的问题,从而实现数字图书馆信息资源建设模式的转型。Nowadays,the information construction of digital library is built by means of self-construction,purchase,receiving contribution,trial and the digital information resources data bank which is formed through network share.And then the digital library serves the readers through web links,information integration,and the like.However,many problems exist such as too many limitations in copyright,inconvenience in utilization,overlapping construction of information resources,lagging of network issues,variety in standards,tendency of monopolization and so on.In such circumstance,the building of the digital management platform and the mutual-independent publishing and distributing system of object data can solve the existing problem better and therefore realize the model transformation of the information construction about digital library.
