新型籼型优质不育系浙农3A配组特性评价

摘　　要：以宜香1 B为母本,协青早B为父本杂交,经回交和自交,育成不育度高,农艺性状稳定的籼型优质不育系浙农3 A。经田间纯度鉴定及特异性分子标记检测,结果显示,该不育系纯度极高。与155份自育恢复系材料测配结果表明,该不育系配合力良好,生育期较短,从中筛选出的5个参试组合综合农艺、产量和品质优良,适宜浙江、江西等地连晚种植。Yixiang 1 B, the maternal plant, was crossed with paternal plant Xieqingzao B. Through backcrossing and inbreding,the good quality indica CMS Zhenong 3 A with high sterility and stable agronomic traits was bred. The identification of field purity and specific molecular marker detection showed that the purity of CMS was extremely high. Combining with 155 self-fertile restoring lines, the results showed that it had good combi- ning ability and short growth duration. Moreover,5 good comprehensive farming,yield and quality combinations were selected, and these combinations were suitable planting for double cropping late rice in Zhejiang and Jiangxi provinces.
