摘 要:针对催化裂化数学模型建立的技术瓶颈问题,提出了关联历史数据解决问题的创新方法。从在线工艺参数历史数据库中获取"有效历史数据",并运用一些技巧处理这些数据建立有效历史数据库;用有效历史数据库对当前原料油的性质进行针对性的"等价划分"及"比对";对于已经建立的集总动力学模型关联有效历史数据库对其模型参数运用数理统计方法进行校正;依靠有效历史数据库建立针对性的经验统计模型,并且与机理模型协调互补。实践证明了伴随生产越来越多的有效历史数据使得模型精度越来越高。In order to solve the problem of technology bottleneck in FCC mathematical modeling, an innovative approach of relating historical data was proposed. "Effective historical data" could be obtained from the on-line historical database. The new skill was used to establish an effective historical database through processing the effective historical data. The "equivalent division" and "comparison" could be done between the on-line crude oil and historical crude oil based on the effective historical data accordingly. The parameters of FCC kinetic model were revised based on the historical database. Statistical model could be built accordingly, complementing with the theory model greatly. It has been proved by practice that the accuracy of model is getting higher and higher because the effective historical data is more and more.
