穗港两地中小学生信息素养教育比较研究

摘　　要：在回顾穗港两地中小学生信息素养教育发展概况的基础上,对二者在信息素养教育体系规范、运作模式、推行策略和师资培训等方面的异同进行比较,指出广州可以通过制定切合地方特点的信息素养标准、采取多元化信息素养教育策略、改变传统教学方式和健全教师信息素养教育机制的措施,实现中小学生信息素养教育水平的全面提高。On the hasis of the review of the development of primary and middle school students＇ information literacy education in Guangzhou and Hong Kong, the author makes comparative analysis of their similarities and differences in the aspects of the specification of the information literacy education system, the operation mode, the implementation strategy and the teachers＇ training, and points out that Guangzhou can achieve comprehensive improvement of the level of information literacy education by developing with the characteristics of the local information literacy standards, taking the diversified strategies of the information literacy education, changing the traditional teaching methods and improving the mechanism of the teacher information literacy education.
