摘 要:目的了解邹城市中学生关于低盐饮食防控高血压的认知现状及其低盐饮食行为,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法按照多阶段随机整群抽样原则,抽取邹城市初中和高中各2所,每年级整群抽取1个班级学生,共计578人进行集中问卷调查。结果邹城市中学生成年人高血压诊断标准总体知晓率为10.6%;每人每天吃盐不宜超过6 g的知晓率为21.0%;赞成低盐饮食的报告率为42.5%;自己能主动选择含盐/钠少的食物报告率为33.7%;购买包装食品时关注过产品的盐/钠含量的报告率为21.0%。结论邹城市中学生关于低盐饮食防控高血压认知较差,缺乏主动低盐饮食行为。应在中学生中有针对性地开展低盐饮食防控高血压相关健康教育,促进其从小培养注重科学饮食的健康生活方式。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice related low-salt diet for hypertension prevention among students in middle schools of Zoucheng City, the study was conducted to provide scientific evidences for instituting the strategies of health education and health promotion applied to the target population. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out among 578 students from two junior schools and 2 senior schools selected by multistage cluster random sampling in Zoucheng City. Results Overall, the awareness rate for the diagnostic hypertension criteri- on and the appropriate quantity of sodium intake were 10.6% and 21.0%, respectively. The objects who recognized the necessity of low salt diet ac- counted for 42.5% and there were 33.7% objects who deemed that they could choose less salt/sodium food actively. The objects who ever paid atten- tion to salt/sodium content when they bought packaging foods accounted for 21.0%. Conclusion The conditions of the target population~ KAPs re- lated to low-salt diet for hypertension prevention should be further improved. These facts also illuminate that the intervention strategies by health edu- cation should be comprehensive and strengthened.
