摘 要:目的对对叶百部多糖(STP)的抗氧化作用进行研究。方法以水提醇沉法提取对叶百部多糖,采用分光光度法研究对叶百部多糖在不同体系中对超氧阴离子自由基(.O2-)、羟基自由基(.OH)、DPPH自由基(DPPH.)的清除作用。结果对叶百部多糖对.O2-、.OH和DPPH.均具有一定的清除作用,其IC50分别为(218.6±16.1),(319.1±18.2)和(375.3±16.4)μg/ml。结论对叶百部多糖对自由基的清除作用存在明显的量效关系,具有较好的抗氧化活性。Objective To study on the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Stemona tuberosa Lour. (STP). Methods STP was obtained by water - extracting and alcohol precipitating. The antioxidant potency of the polysaccharides was investigated byspectrophotometry, employing various established in vitro systems, such as superoxide anion (·O_^- ), hydroxyl radical (· OH) and DPPH · scavenging. Results STP had scavenging effects to ·O_^- , · OH and DPPH· of which the IC50 were(218.6 ± 16.1 ), (319.1 ± 18.2) and (375.3 ± 16.4) μg/ml, respectively. Conclusion The STP has a good antioxidant activity to ·O_^- ,· OH and DPPH · whose scavenging effects show significant dose -effect relationship.
