摘　　要：遵循"实事求是,可雇佣性,培育优势,打造特色,注重专业人才培养的适切性"的原则,制定了普通本科院校在构建软件工程人才培养方案,按照企业对软件人才能力要求构建人才能力培养链,努力提高学生的工程实践能力,全面提高学生专业就业品质,以此提升专业办学竞争力。Following the principle ＂seeking truth from facts, employability, fostering advantage, characteristics, paying attention to adaptation of professional talent training＂, a software talent training plan in ordinary colleges is proposed in this paper. It constructs a talent ability training chain according to the enterprise requirements for the sot^ware talent capacity, and enhances students＇ ability in project practice and the students＇ employment quality, so that the competition advantage of school in talent training is promoted.
