精神分裂症患者复发因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者复发的相关因素,为预防复发提供依据。方法纳入新乡医学院第二附属医院142例因复发再次住院的精神分裂症患者为研究组,选取同期住院治疗后未复发的精神分裂症患者90例为对照组,用自知力量表和生活事件量表对2组患者分别进行评定,比较2组患者一般情况、临床特征、服药依从性等。结果研究组年龄小、有阳性家族史、家庭经济条件差、慢性起病、病程长的精神分裂症患者复发率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活事件发生率、负性生活事件数和负性生活事件分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);自知力和治疗态度问卷评分低于对照组,服药依从性和社会支持率也低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论年龄小、有阳性家族史、家庭经济条件差、服药依从性差、缺乏社会支持、生活事件发生率高、负性生活事件数多、负性生活事件分值高、自知力水平低、病程长的精神分裂症患者容易复发。Objective To explore the relapsing factors of schizophrenic,and provide the evidence for the relapse prevention.Methods One hundred and forty-two patients with schizophrenia which were readmission due to relapse from the second affiliated hospital of Xinxiang medical college,were selected as study group,and 90 patients with schizophrenia which were at the same period of hospitalization after treatment without relapse were enrolled as control group.Insight scale and life event scale were used to evaluate the patients′ condition.The general conditions,clinical features and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,the recurrent rate was higher in the patients who were younger age,had positive family history,poorer family economic conditions,chronic onset and longer case history than control group（P〈0.05）;the incidence of life events,the number of negative life events and the scores of negative life events were higher than control group（P〈0.01）;the scores of insight and treatment attitude questionnaire were lower than control group（P〈0.01）,the medication compliance and social support were lower than control group too（P〈0.01）.Conclusion It is easier to relapse in patients with schizophrenia who are younger age,have positive family history,poorer family economic conditions,poorer drug compliance,lack of social support,higher incidence of life events,higher scores of negative life events,lower levels of insight and longer case history.
