摘　　要：高校学生党建工作要积极拓宽思路,而开展"两期统筹"工作就是新时期高校学生党建工作的一项创新举措,通过开展"两期统筹",坚持把符合条件的优秀积极分子优先吸收到党组织中来,体现正向的激励导向作用,增强党组织的吸引力和号召力,也较好地解决了高校学生党员发展培养成熟与考察时间的矛盾问题。The horizon should be broadened during the Party construction in universities and colleges. Therefore, the practice of the ＂coor- dination of probation in cultivation period and probation in probationary period＂ is an innovation in contemporary Party construction in universities and colleges.Through this practice,the cpalified excellent party members are attracted to Communist Party of China,the positive encouraging guiding function is fillly displayed, the attracting and appealing power of Communist Party of China is strengthened and finally, the contradiction between the cultivation maturity and cultivation time for developing Party members in universities and colleges is also get solved properly.
