摘　　要：美国大学的学生荣誉制度可分为4个方面:荣誉考试制度、荣誉奖励制度、荣誉毕业制度和荣誉学院制度。对美国大学的人才培养荣誉制度作了简要介绍,以期对中国大学拔尖人才培养有一定的启示:重视本科生的培养,开发本科生的潜力;注重质量,要有良好的制度做保证;注重制度的落实和完善;人才培养质量多样性和全面性的统一。In the United States universities, there are four honorary systems for students, which are the honorary systems of examination, awarding, graduation and colleages. This paper makes a brief in- troduction to the honorary system for professionals training in the U. S. universities so that it could bene- fit the talents training in Chinese universities, which should put emphasis on the education of undergrad- uates to develop their potentials, guarantee high education quality by establishing good regulations, carry out and improve related regulations, and keep balance between the diversity and generality of profes- sionals - training quality.
