摘　　要：在对互联电网安全稳定问题进行了系统梳理和综合研究的基础上,提出了综合性的大电网安全稳定分析、预警及控制方法,完成了包括全过程安全评估、沙盘推演、广域分析及控制、专家系统等前沿技术的研发。所开发系统在调度自动化系统平台上完成了系统集成,并在国家电网仿真中心的数字电力系统上完成了测试。On the basis of systemic sorting out and synthetical research on security and stability of interconnected power grid,a synthetical method to analyze security and stability,early warning and control of huge power grid is proposed,and the research and development of advanced technologies,including full process dynamic security assessment system,operation mode gaming system,wide area analysis and control system and expert system,is completed.The system integration of the developed system is accomplished on dispatching automation platform and the developed system is tested by digital power system in simulation centre of China State Grid Corporation.
