摘  要:以二乙氨基二硫代甲酸钠(DDTC)分光光度法为基础,将新型浓缩柱在线富集与流动注射联用以测定水中痕量Cu2+,对浓缩柱的富集、解吸条件以及流动注射参数进行了考察。在最佳条件下,在0.25~45μg/L的范围内,Cu2+的浓度与峰高呈良好线性关系,其线性方程为:y=3.0553ρ+4.2244(R2=0.9984),检出限为0.082μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%(25μg/L Cu2+,n=10)。利用本方法测定河水中的痕量铜,回收率在95.6%~99.6%之间。Based on DDTC spectrophotometry,a new on-line column preconcentration system combined with flow injection analysis(FIA) was adopted to determinate trace amounts of Cu2+ in river water.The conditions of enrichment and desorption from the concentration column and parameters for flow injection were investigated in detail.Under optimal conditions,there was an excellent linearity between the absorption peak height and concentration of Cu2+ in the range of 0.25~45 μg/L,with a detection limit of 0.082 μg/L and a relative standard deviation of 3.1%(25 μg/L Cu2+,n = 10).The linear regression equation was y = 3.0553x + 4.2244(R2 = 0.9984).Finally,the system was used for the determination of trace amounts of Cu2+ in river water,and recoveries were from 95.6% to 99.6%.
