摘　　要：目的：探讨综合性手卫生干预措施对门诊医护人员手卫生依从性与合格率的影响。方法：随机抽取我院2010年7月前后门诊医务人员分别240名进行调查，对实行综合性手卫生干预措施前后每个工作日的门诊诊疗过程进行调查分析。结果：观察组患者手卫生依从率为98．33％，手卫生合格率为87．08％，与对照组相比显著提高（P〈0．05）。讨论：门诊医务人员手卫生依从性较差，通过有效的干预措施能够有效提高手卫生的依从率与合格率，具有良好的临床价值。Objective： Explore comprehensive health intervention measures to hand outpatient service medical staff compliance rate and hand health effects, Methods：Andomly from 2010 years before and after July outpatient medical personnel were 240 to investigate,to carry out comprehensive health intervention measures hand before and after the diagnosis and treatment of outpatient service of each business day process were studied. Resuit：The observation group patients hand hygiene compliance rate was 98.33% ,the hand hygiene percent of pass is 87.08% ,compared with the con- trol increased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Outpatient service medical staff hand hygiene compliance is poorer, through effective intervention measures can effectively improve compliance rate and hand hygiene rate,has the good clinical value.
