摘　　要：企业化经营是未来产业园区的发展趋势,园区土地的开发主体也逐渐由政府转为企业。在回顾现有国内现有产业园区土地开发模式研究的基础上,以贵州省贵阳市金石产业园为个案探讨,从而为西部产业园区土地开发模式的选择提供理论与实践支持,也为实现失地农民特别是少数民族聚居地的可持续发展提供新的思路。the development trend of enterprise management is the future industrial park, the park land development subjects gradually changed from government enterprises. Review of existing studies of existing industrial park land development patterns in China on the basis of a jinshi industrial park： a case study in Guiyang City, Guizhou province, thus contributing to the industrial parks in the West chooses to provide theory and practice on the land development support, but also for the realization of land-lost farmers in particular ethnic enclaves provide new ideas for sustainable development.
