摘 要:目的研究基于LabVIEW与MATLAB混合编程的方法实现高精度QT间期实时自动化检测。方法在LabVIEW中调用MATLAB Script节点解决复杂的数字计算操作。首先,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的心电信号采集系统。然后,采用模板匹配法求解相关系数,实现实时QRS波顶点位置的获取。最后,使用T波分类与多算法结合的方法实现高精度QT间期实时检测。结果成功实现了RR间期和QT间期实时自动化检测,相关性分析实验结果表明QTa与QTm间具有线性相关性,且相关度均达到0.9以上。结论笔者从两个方面考虑,一方面,通过硬件与软件相结合提高心电信号的信噪比。另一方面,使用T波分类与多算法结合实现T波终点准确计算。实验结果表明,高精度QT间期实时自动化检测具有现实可行性。Objective To investigate real-time automatic detection of high-accuracy QT intervals based on the program method of LabVIEW combined with MATLAB. Methods The complex calculating operation was solved by calling MATLAB Script node in LahVIEW. First, an ECG signal sampling system based on Labview DAQ was designed. And then, the correlation coefficient calculated by method of template matching was used to detect the position of QRS. Finally, T- wave classification combined with multi-methods was used to realize real-time automatic detection of high-accuracy QT intervals. Results The real-time automatic detection of high-accuracy RR intervals and QT intervals were realized. The correlation analysis results showed that there was linear correlation between QTa and QTm and correlative coefficients were more than 0.9. Conclusion The difficulty of real-time detection of high-accuracy QT intervals is solved from two sides: one is improving the signal-to-noise ratio by means of hardware combined with software, and the other is using T-wave classification combined with multi-methods to realize accurate calculation of T-end position. The experimental results prove the practical feasibility of the method.
