摘 要:利用酸性纤维素酶和酸性果胶酶对亚麻粗纱进行前处理,代替传统高温碱煮的前处理工艺,通过正交试验确定生物酶处理的最佳反应条件,并对最佳工艺条件进行了验证性的实验。结果表明:与传统的高温碱煮工艺相比,酶处理的果胶去除率较好,上染率、分裂度有提高,白度、聚合度相当。应用生物酶煮练技术取代高温碱煮的传统工艺,可以缩短工艺流程,降低综合成本,实现了清洁生产,降低对环境的污染。Using acid cellulose and acid pectinase in the pretreatment of linen roving to replace the traditional alkali scouring process was studied in this paper. The optimum technology conditions of enzymes scouring was determined by orthogonal method, but the confirming experiment of optimum technology conditions were carried out. The results suggested that compared with the traditional alkali scouring process, enzymes process can not only decrease pectinase residue, but also improve the dyeing rate and the degree of fiber splitting, and have the nearly whiteness and the degree of polymerization. Using enzymes pretreatment process to replace the traditional alkali scouring process can shorten process, reduce the cost ,and realize clean production, decrease the pollution of the environment.
