老年性痴呆患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α和同型半胱氨酸的观察

摘　　要：目的观察老年性痴呆患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平变化,探讨它们与老年性痴呆的关系。方法采用放射免疫法和化学发光免疫法测定35例老年性痴呆患者和30例健康人的外周血TNF-α、Hcy的含量水平。结果老年性痴呆患者血TNF-α、Hcy的含量水平显著高于正常人,且TNF-α、Hcy的含量呈正相关。结论 TNF-、Hcy与老年性痴呆的发生发展有关。Objective To study the relationship between TNF-α、Hcy level and Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）for investigating the pathogenesis of AD.Methods The plasma Hcy level was detemined in 35 cases of AD and 30 healthy controls by means of radioimmunoassay and chemiluminescent immunoassay.Results The level of plasma TNF-α and Hcy in AD group was higher than the control group（P0.001）.The level of plasma TNF-α and Hcy was positively correlated in AD group（r=0.615,P0.001）.Conclusion The Hcy level participates in the pahtogenesis of AD.
