儿童睑板腺囊肿合并感染168例手术及超短波治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨手术及超短波治疗合并感染的儿童睑板腺囊肿临床疗效。方法对168例40d^6岁的睑板腺囊肿合并感染患儿行手术治疗及术后超短波理疗,并进行追踪观察及统计分析。结果局部硬结消失为治愈。153例术后恢复良好,局部包块消失,眼睑平坦,无明显瘢痕。15例局部包块消失,眼睑微量瘢痕组织,无红肿。经过半年随访,4例复发。结论儿童睑板腺囊肿并感染保守治疗效果差,手术治疗及术后超短波理疗安全有效。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of surgery and ultrashort wave therapy of infant infected chalazion. Methods Surgery and ultrashort wave therapy were enforced for 168 infants with infected chalazions whose ages were between 40 days and 6 years, then tracing observation and statistical analysis were carried out. Results The curing standard was that regional induration was disappeared. There were 153 eases that postoperative recovery were fine, and regional indurations were disappeared. The eyelids were evenness and had no obvious scars. There were 15 eases that regional indurations were disappeared, the eyelids had slight sears, and there was no red or boss. After half year, there were 4 cases which were recurred. Conclusions Comparing with conservative therapy, surgery and ultrashort wave therapy are useful and safe for infant infected chalazion.
