摘　　要：目的探讨Ⅱ型眼球后退综合征临床特征及手术治疗方法与效果。方法27例Ⅱ型眼球后退综合征病人．外斜视15^△-40^△，有代偿头位、眼球后退、16人内转时上转和下转、同侧外直肌后徙8-14mm。结果23人眼位正位、27人头位和内转时上转和下转消失。结论单根外直肌大量后徙可以有效地治疗Ⅱ型眼球后退综合征。Objective To study type II DRS of surgery treatment and overcomes. Mothods 27 cases of type II DRS, exotropia 15^△-40^△, all of the patients had abnormal head position, retraction, 16 cases had upshots and downshoots of affected eye on adduction, Resession of lateral rectus muscle （8-14mm）. Results 23 cases wen no tropia in primary position, abnormal head position and upshots and downshoots of affected eye on adduction were dissappieared. Conclusions A large resession of lateral rectus muscle was effective for type I1 DRS.
