摘 要:目的:探讨转矩力对骨性上颌前突病例上颌切牙整体移动的效果及对侧貌的影响。方法:实验组16例骨性上颌前突患者,年龄14~34岁(平均26岁),常规上颌拔牙矫治内收前牙,用0.019"×0.025"不锈钢方丝弯制标准弓形使上颌切牙段根舌向转矩30°控根;对照组16例骨性上颌前突病例,年龄12~45岁(平均32岁),拔牙矫治内收上颌前牙,未做控根处理。矫治前后的X线头颅定位侧位片比较切牙的轴倾度和面部软组织的变化。结果:实验组∠SNB、∠ANB、U1-SN、U1-NA、NLA、UL-EL、Facial Convexity的变化大于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:上颌骨性前突病例内收前牙后控根可避免切牙过度舌倾,上颌骨基骨后移,上颌前突面型改变更加明显。Objective:The aim of this study was to imply torque on incisors bodily movement in skeletal maxillary protrution malocclusion. Method: The treatment group includ 16 patients (from 14 to 34 years old, mean age 26 years) were instructed to torque maxilla incisors with 0.019" × 0.025" stainless steel edge wire after close the gaps of tooth extraction and the control group (from 12 to 45 years old, mean age 32 years) did not torque maxilla incisors. Result: Compared with the control groups, ∠ANB,U1-SN,U1-NA,UL-EL significant decreased and /_SNB,NLA,Facial Convexity increased (P 〈 0.001). Conclusion: normal maxilla incisors axial gradient degree, alveolar bone backward movement, protaction profile obvious change will be obtained by torque in skeletal maxillary protrution malocclusion after retracted incisors.
